BRAIN: In the creative nature of adventure racing, an adventure race
happening this weekend (hint: local race) is borrowing from an
orienteering format. What is the name of this format and how was the
name derived?
All correct answers sent to to brain@baarbd.org by midnight, 7/23,
will be entered into a drawing for free schwag!
BRAWN: Run/Trek - Meet at the Presido Sports Basement (PSB) across
from Crissy Field at 6:30 for a warm-up run along the bluff to Baker
Beach. Once there we'll set up a circuit involving sand-sprints,
lunges, and sand-stair repeats; do as much or as little as you'd like
in 30 minutes, then we'll jog back to PSB. Two attendees will be
randomly chosen to receive 15%-off coupons for Sports Basement. RSVP
(not required but appreciated) to events@baarbd.org
